Victoria Police arrests six CS:GO players following alleged match-fixing
Victoria Police, the law enforcement agency of Victoria, Australia, arrested six Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players on suspicion of match-fixing.
An investigation on the players in question started in March following the police receiving information from a betting agency. Allegedly, the players arranged to throw matches they had placed bets on.

Xfinity to sponsor Overwatch League playoffs and grand finals
Overwatch League brought on Comcast brand Xfinity as the presenting sponsor of its playoffs and grand finals.
The deal will see Xfinity have presence on the digital broadcasts at Twitch and ESPN, on ABC during the grand finals, and on-site at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

Overwatch League announces multi-year deal with Kellogg Company
Overwatch League also announced a multi-year deal with Kellogg Company, starting with the playoffs.
The deal, which will last through 2021, includes co-marketing initiatives with Kellogg Company’s Cheez-It and Pringles brands.

Pittsburgh Knights receives investment from Esports MX LATAM Fund
North American organisation Pittsburgh Knights received investment from Esports MX LATAM Fund, a group of investors based in Mexico.
Alongside the investment, a deal has been made that will see Esports MX LATAM launch an affiliated esports team in Mexico modeled on Pittsburgh Knights’ organisational framework.
