In an email to The Esports Observer, a Vitality representative confirmed that the facility will be for both the team and fans, and will open later this year. “Offering the ultimate playground for the community and players to grow and interact shows the team’s commitment to a sustainable, credible, and long-term development of their brand,” reads the release.

The facility will harness the firm’s knowledge to “expand Team Vitality’s goals and objectives by developing multiple revenue streams,” according to the release, and the “space will act as a flagship for [Vitality’s] internal and external operations.”

Founded in 1939, HKS is a global design firm behind a wide array of buildings, including major stadiums like AT&T Stadium in Dallas, US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, and the upcoming Los Angeles Entertainment District facility for the NFL’s Rams and Chargers.
