- Gaming hardware maker Acer’s Predator brand has been announced as Team Envy’s latest sponsor.
- The deal includes logo placement on Envy players’ jerseys, content creation and appearances, and hardware for the team’s headquarters.
- This is Acer’s first esports team sponsorship in the United States.
Team Envy today announced a sponsorship deal with Acer’s Predator gaming hardware brand, with the partnership spanning jersey branding, content creation, and hardware for Team Envy’s headquarters.
The Predator logo “will be featured prominently” on the jerseys of Team Envy’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Team Envy players and coaches will also collaborate with Acer on content for the manufacturer’s “Training Room” video series. The companies will also partner for in-market appearances for Envy players. Players from Envy’s CS:GO, PUBG, and Fortnite
“Acer’s early support of the competitive esports scene and Envy’s long success as a professional gaming organization make a perfect match,” said Envy Gaming President and COO Geoff Moore in a release. “We’re excited to kick off a partnership with Acer at a time where our Envy PUBG team just finished top three in the first stage of their season and our business is firing on all cylinders.”
