Do not try to be the in-game leader because things can backfire
One of the most common mistakes of CSGO players while playing matchmaking games is to try and be the in-game leaders. They think their experience will help their team win, but in reality, it can have the opposite effect, especially if the rest of your team does not want to follow your “orders”.
