The glasses brand is now the official eyewear partner of the Golden Guardians, and team members will use Zenni prescription glasses with Blokz blue light-blocking lenses, which the company claims can help combat eye strain during gaming sessions. Additionally, Zenni and Blokz logos will appear on the right sleeve of the Golden Guardians’ jerseys.
The companies will activate the new sponsorship deal with a tailgate event at this weekend’s first LCS Summer Split matches on June 1 at the LCS Studio in Los Angeles. The deal will also include collaborative content creation, as well as what the companies describe as social media and digital branding elements.
