G2 Esports has announced a promotional partnership with pizza delivery chain Domino’s Germany that will run through the League of Legends World Championship.
The companies have launched a “#G2Delivers” social media campaign around G2’s run through the World Championship. Additionally, G2 Esports will host events in Berlin, which is where the League of Legends World Championship’s group stage play begins today.
The first event, a watch party for the team’s final day of group stage competition, will take place at G2’s headquarters in Berlin. Fans can register to attend the free party on Oct. 18, which will feature slices of Domino’s pizza, photo opportunities with mascots from both companies, giveaways, and more. G2 will compete against Cloud9, Griffin, and Hong Kong Attitude that day.
G2’s news post also hints at further activations around the Domino’s Germany promotion, including a scavenger hunt and “some famous faces joining in on the fun.”
