ESforce Holding companies Epic Esports Events and RuHub, along with North American production studio Beyond the Summit, will launch a new Dota 2 tournament. BEYOND EPIC will be comprised of two divisions: Europe/CIS will feature 12 teams (two of which will be decided through a preliminary qualifier) and China with eight.

A total prize pool of $250K USD will be available, with $200K awarded among the Europe/CIS teams, and $50K to the champion of the China division.

Epic Esports Events runs its own Dota 2 events under the EPICENTER brand, the last of which was designated a Major tournament by the game publisher Valve (but was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Beyond the Summit’s events include the DOTA Summit and BTS Pro Series. RuHub is a Russian content studio that produces Russian-language coverage for Valve esports events, including The International.
