DreamHack and 7Sports Sign Licensing Agreement

DreamHack and 7Sports, ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s sports business unit, has concluded a licensing agreement that allows it to report exclusively on TV in Germany and extensively online about all the festivals.

For 2019, the DreamHack has announced 13 events in eight countries and will produce over 900 hours of video material. This will give ran eSports: Professional. Gaming. Magazine, the weekly esports magazine show on ProSieben MAXX, and the digital news portal eSports.com further access to high-quality esports content. The first DreamHack festival of 2019 will be held in Leipzig from February 15 to 17.

7Sports has been active in the area of esports since 2016, including live broadcasts of international tournaments and a weekly highlights magazine on ProSieben MAXX.
