Dignitas announced that it will open its content production facility and team training center tonight, ahead of this weekend’s Rocket League Database-Link-e1521645463907 Championship Series (RLCS) Season 7 World Championship.

The facility is located adjacent to the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, home to the NHL’s New Jersey Devils. Both the Devils and Dignitas are owned by Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment, and the RLCS World Championship will take place at the arena from June 21-23.

The 3,000 square-foot center includes a 500 square-foot content studio presented by Caffeine TV Database-Link-e1521645463907, which Dignitas recently partnered with for an exclusive content series and team-centric streams. The studio has a pair of individual soundproof pods for live streaming and recording, and the wider facility has a training space with 10 gaming PCs as well as Dignitas-branded chairs from Raynor Gaming Database-Link-e1521645463907.

It will serve as the East Coast training facility for all of Dignitas’ teams, including its Rocket League and women’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) squads, as well as the League of Legends Championship Series Database-Link-e1521645463907 (LCS) team that Dignitas recently acquired via its merger with Clutch Gaming.

“This new facility drives to the heart of where Dignitas is moving as a leader in the gaming centric entertainment: with a heavy focus on player excellence, influencer development and content production that will drive key narratives across the confluence of esports, sports, music and pop culture,” said Michael Prindiville, CEO of Dignitas. “Newark is the perfect place to develop the next wave of competitive gamers and entertainers – a notorious hotbed for talent, adjacent to a Top 10 arena in the world, just 15 minutes from midtown Manhattan, and extremely close proximity to East Coast servers, establishing headquarters here was a no-brainer for us.”
