The Dallas Fuel
will host the first-ever Overwatch LeagueAs announced this morning, Bud Light is now the official beer sponsor of the OWL outside of China, and the event has been renamed the Bud Light Homestand Weekend – Dallas as a result. Bud Light parent company AB InBev will activate at the Allen Event Center, with a Bud Light Watch Bar and an appearance by the “Bud Knight” mascot.
AB InBev branding will also be integrated within the broadcast, and the company will hold a sweepstakes that awards trips to the 2019 Overwatch League Grand Finals event.
Fast food chain Jack in the Box is the Dallas Fuel’s exclusive jersey sponsor, and the company will activate on-site. On-demand food delivery service Favor Delivery will also activate on-site by providing VIP seating upgrades to select fans, along with free snacks and other items.

Wireless provider T-Mobile will give away OWL merchandise and also allow customers faster access into the arena via its T-Mobile Fast Pass Lane. GameStop will activate on-site as well, and is the presenting sponsor of Sunday’s Dallas Fuel Homestand Weekend After Party.

Topgolf will sponsor a welcome reception for OWL league and team staff, as well as players, while OMEN by HP is giving away VIP tickets and an OMEN 15 laptop, and CORSAIR
Law firm Greenburg Traurig will sponsor the event’s VIP lounge, while the University of Texas at Dallas will activate on-site with giveaways and representatives detailing the school’s new esports program.
The Bud Light Homestand Weekend – Dallas takes place this weekend with eight OWL teams and four matches each day, with more than 4,500 fans expected each day at the sold-out event. It is the first of three homestand weekends in 2019, with the next events hosted by the Atlanta Reign and Los Angeles Valiant
On Saturday evening, ESPN2 will broadcast a match between the Fuel and Valiant, along with the Bud Light Post-Game Recap.
