North American organisation Counter Logic Gaming has announced its latest partnership with gaming chair brand GT Omega Racing.
Staff and players at Counter Logic Gaming will receive a branded GT Omega Pro XL Series chair, which will later be made available to purchase for fans.
The organisation appointed MAXNOMIC as its official chair sponsor in July 2018 but now it’s clear that it opted to not renew the deal a year on.
Brian Copeland, Marketing Coordinator at GT Omega Racing commented on the deal: “We are thrilled to begin our partnership with CLG! To be teaming up with a globally-recognised organisation who continue to set the standard in the esports world is such an incredible opportunity for us. We’re looking forward to making sure all of the competitors, players and everyone involved with CLG are sitting comfortably as they continue to compete and thrive at the highest level.”
Counter Logic Gaming currently competes in League of Legends, Fortnite, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Super Smash Bros, and Apex Legends. It’s also partnered with FILA, Newegg, NAMI, OMEN by HP, Squarespace, Spectrum, Legendary Builds, Twitch, MTN DEW AMP GAME FUEL, and Flexfit.
Esports Insider says: Counter Logic Gaming may be one of the leading teams in the LCS but partnerships with gaming chair brands is par for the course. It’s cool to see a British brand securing deals with prominent brands internationally, especially with so many gaming chair brands on the market.
