Esports production company and tournament organiser BLAST has appointed Charlotte Kenny, formerly of Club Affairs, as Managing Director for its BLAST Premier CS:GO esports series.
Kenny’s new role includes leading BLAST Premier’s growth and delivery as the company looks to maintain and enhance production, tournament operations, approach to fan engagement and its commercial portfolio.

Besides working for BLAST, Kenny will retain her current role as a Non-Executive Board Member at assist sports organisation LTT Sports.
Kenny joins BLAST from Switzerland-based company Club Affairs where she worked as a Strategic Advisor Senior Commercial Consultant, consulting professional football businesses on commercial strategy and operations. Her previous work experiences also include seven years at football club Arsenal FC as its Director of Business Development.
As per the release, she has a track record in growing revenue streams, building cross-functional teams, strengthening fan engagement and instilling a culture of high performance.

I have been following the phenomenal growth of BLAST over the last couple of years; they have established something really special and unique in the esports market.

So far this year, BLAST Premier has partnered with esports venue Fortress to host Oceania’s first-ever regional qualifier. Moreover, the series has secured partnerships with EPOS, GRID Esports and Betway among others.
