Two more agricultural equipment makers have been added to the upcoming Farming Simulator League , as both AMAZONE and Grimme will sponsor teams for the 2019-20 season.
Team AMAZONE will be made up entirely of the company’s own employees. Founded in 1883, the German manufacturer specializes in products such as spreaders and tillers for midsize-to-large farms, and has had its equipment featured in recent Farming Simulator games.
Meanwhile, Grimme will sponsor Team Grimme, and the German company has included its farming equipment in Giants Software’s game series since Farming Simulator 13. Grimme was founded in 1861, and is best known for its specialized harvesting equipment.

Just last week, John Deere was announced as a team sponsor for the Farming Simulator League, joining fellow industry manufacturers Lindner, Horsch, Bednar, and Krone. Esports organization mYinsanity and game publisher Astragon Entertainment will also sponsor teams.
The Farming Simulator League will kick off at FarmCon 19 in Germany on July 27-28. It’s the first in a yearlong series of European events that will award €250K ($280K) and conclude at next summer’s FarmCon 20.
