German organization mousesports has announced a new partnership with gaming peripherals maker Razer , which will see the team’s players use the company’s products during competition.
This is actually the second partnership for the companies, as Razer and mousesports were previously aligned with a partnership that began in 2009. According to a mousesports post announcing the news, the team’s new Hamburg HQ is near Razer’s European offices, and the companies are planning more collaborative content and giveaways as a result.
“To be part of Team Razer again is truly special for us. It shows the trust Razer has put into our vision for Mousesports and our players,” said mousesports CEO Stefan Wendt, in the post. “At the same time, we are excited to be able to provide our teams with the latest advanced equipment when they fight for trophies around the world. I am really looking forward to the things we can achieve together.”

Mousesports players will use Razer hardware such as the Huntsman Elite and BlackWidow Chroma V2 Tournament Edition keyboards, the Kraken Tournament Edition headset, and DeathAdder Elite and Mamba Elite mice. Players will wield Razer devices at upcoming August events such as the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 , Evo 2019 , and the gamescom convention.
Razer also sponsors teams such as Evil Geniuses , Immortals , Gen.G Esports , and the Overwatch League’s Seoul Dynasty and Los Angeles Valiant . Mousesports competes in such as games as CS:GO, Rocket League , and League of Legends , and is also sponsored by Vodafone , Snipes , Nitrado , and noblechairs .
