BLAST Pro Series Adds Red Bull, Sky, Others as São Paulo Sponsors

  • Sky, Red Bull, Ben & Jerry’s, Fallen Store, and Cougar Gaming have been announced as local sponsors for the first BLAST Pro Series tournament in São Paulo.
  • Additionally, Betway, Omen by HP, and Twitch are global sponsors for the entire season of events.
  • The BLAST Pro Series season spans eight international Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournaments, each with a $250K USD prize pool.

RFRSH Entertainment Database-Link-e1521645463907 has announced the sponsors for this weekend’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Database-Link-e1521645463907 BLAST Pro Series season debut in São Paulo, Brazil.

TV subscription service Sky, energy drink brand and marketing company Red Bull, ice cream brand Ben & Jerry’s, esports and gaming peripherals retailer Fallen Store, and PC accessory maker Cougar Gaming have all signed on as local sponsors for the initial São Paulo tournament.

Additionally, beyond yesterday’s announcement of online betting platform Betway as a global sponsor for the entire 2019 BLAST Pro Series season, RFRSH Entertainment confirmed that Twitch Database-Link-e1521645463907 and Omen by HP are also now global sponsors of the tournament series.

“Having announced the São Paulo tournament in late January, we are grateful that the fans embraced us so quickly, and thrilled that we could welcome fantastic global and local partners from a range of exciting industries as we showcase the unique, mass appeal of esports,” said Leo Matlock, head of commercial solutions at RFRSH Entertainment.

The BLAST Pro Series season spans eight international Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournaments, each featuring six teams and a $250K prize pool. The next tournament takes place in Miami, Florida, in April; with Madrid, Spain, to follow in May.
