Hide My Ass (HDA), a virtual private network (VPN) and proxy service, has partnered with Fnatic and its League of Legends academy esports teams. HDA will join with Fnatic Rising, handling promotions and giveaways. In addition, HDA will have logo placement on Fnatic Rising uniforms.
According to the release, HMA was looking to partner with Fnatic as they are both based in London, as well as recognizing that Fnatic holds the record for the most League of Legends Championship Series split titles in the LEC–having won seven of the fourteen.
This deal marks the second partnership since Fnatic went through a company rebrand of its image and philosophy. The company just recently took on PCSpecialist as its official PC partner, but the deal with HMA is the first that is directly linked to the academy team.
