Every game has something that players love to complain about when it comes to balancing. CS has pistols, Dota has Enchantress’ passive and don’t even get me started on League of Legends.
But in Siege, people don’t cry about the guns, gadgets or operators as much as they do the maps. Whether you’re queueing into an ongoing match on Yacht or wondering what in the hell happened with the Hereford rework, there’s a good chance you’ve found yourself raging about the areas on which we Siegeheads throw down.
So, ready those cursors over the Return To Menu button and start praying for Bank, ‘cause we’re counting down the Top 10 Worst Maps in Rainbow Six: Siege.

There is no good siege maps no cap
I don't think you guys actually play the game, you guys put theme park above bartlet u and Hereford wasnt number 2 or 1, and you put clips that have nothing to do with the point, it's just people complaining about hitreg

So what's wrong with Yacht exactly? The video didn't really explain why people don't like it. I've only heard things like it fucks up the game's framerate at times.

Skyscraper is such an easy map to buff, just make the outside parts part of the inside so defenders can setup and it's an okay map.
This is honestly a shit video whoever made it has no idea what they’re talking about and hasn’t put in effort to find out why some maps are bad or even to include relevant clips, also whoever calls them self a “siege head” is not a member of the community or a fan of the game because nobody in the history of siege has called themselves that
I feel like this doesn’t get to the main points of what makes these maps bad. Spawn peeks don’t make a mad particularly bad either as there are good maps with constant spawn-peeks. Feel like the video should have dived into maneuverability, lighting and map control. Plus most of the clips just show people complaining or raging at stuff that happens on the map that could happen on any map.

Barlett university is an historic r6s map and its probably non competitive but its still dope and i always enjoyed playing it.
Skyscraper is a good map but has very very serious problems with spawn peeks or run outs and thats why i think it needs a rework.
Favelas is defenely the worse map ever on every fucking point and that makes me fucking mad because there is no barlett in matchamaking cuz ppl say it doesnt fit with the multiplayer meta, but there is still favelas and i dont get why.
I complain about the mk17 for Blackbeard it’s absolute dog shit, the dmr is the only gun to be used
No skyscraper shouldn't be in Ranked still.

the only bad maps are skyscraper, yacht, hereford, and theme park. favela and tower are amazing! If they made tower so that you could get in regularly and not have to rapel or drop from the catwalk it would be amazing. they are both horrible for ranked play but in casual they are so much fun to play with the extra time
I quite like Bartlett U just because it’s beautiful, still fun to play in custom game with ppl
