SG 556 Krieg leads to praise by CSGO professionals

Finally, in the new Counter-Strike patch, CSGO’s strongest arms were nerfed and pros around the world are shifting. The news that the SG 556 had been bumped by Valve most responded with joy.

Professional Counter-Strike players should relax on the CT side a little better, as the SG 556 had actually been nerfed. Valve has reduced its closer quarter capabilities by raising the new lower fire rate, making it a must-buy unit, while also retaining its long-duration power.

Many pro players and trainers took Twitter to tell them they were glad that the developers finally did something to shake off the T-side meta when they realised that SG was strong. The reports seemed to have been all delighted by the Liquid Team Nick “nitr0” Cannella, OG’s Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt, and Cloud9’s Josh “oSee,” Ohm.

Yet FaZe Clan’s Nikola “Niko” Kovač had by far been the best reaction. Niko was dismissive of the war and far more so for what he considers to be poor talent in the top level of the fight against the Attack. He is excited as he hops to a server to see the gun after the nerf.

The reaction of Niko comes after several observers and supporters claimed the inability of FaZe Clan to use this spreading arms as the explanation for the team’s failures. FaZe Clan head coach Janko “YNk” Paunovic supported the start of the match, rewrite the patch notes and claim, “The 20 top players of the 2020 NiKo (1).” The nerve is not as devastating to the fight, it could be, but a boost to his spread counterpart, the AUG, could also eliminate two arms. The nerve is not as damaging as it might have been.

It was purchased almost exclusively via the M4 models before the AUG nerf in 2019. The gun was hit by a nerf in its accuracy and spray pattern, and the SG took over. CTs had trouble stopping executions without an affordable, long-term counterpart to SG.

The firing rate of the guns is now much slower, which means that the most troublesome characteristics of the weapon – its 100 percent first bullet accuracy and one-shot ability – remain medium-range battles, where both players spray. The firing rate is now slower.

We won’t know how good the nerf will be until we can see it at a tournament level in professional players’ hands. Don’t be shocked if the SG would last for a longer time.
