OverActive Media Appoints New VPs Alyson Walker, Tyler Keenen

Alyson Walker joins as the organization’s new senior vice president of business, departing her most recent role as Bell Media’s vice president of brand partnerships and client strategy. Prior to that, Walker headed up the broadcast and network divisions at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, parent company of the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Toronto FC. She also previously worked with OAM CEO Chris Overholt at the Canadian Olympic Committee.

Meanwhile, Tyler Keenan has been named OverActive Media’s vice president of global partnerships. Keenen spent a decade with Nike Database-Link-e1521645463907, as the Canadian brand director for Nike Golf, and most recently was the head of marketing and partnerships for Toronto’s Stackt marketplace, which was built inside of repurposed shipping containers.

According to a release, Keenan has helped secure OAM’s recent multi-year partnerships with Bell Canada and Canon Canada. His LinkedIn profile notes that he has been with the company since April, while Walker told The Esports Observer that she is just joining now.
