McLaren Racing furthers global esports programme, with Veloce Esports

McLaren Racing announced earlier this month that it is partnering in a multifaceted programme for the fast-growing industry of the gaming and sim racing sector with leading esports provider Veloce Esports.

Veloce will oversee and develop McLaren ‘s Elite Sports Team with the collaboration, which focuses on event quality, gaming growth and international positioning of the sports team. In addition, McLaren and Veloce will work together to create a college for the world’s most talented game players and create a “staircase of talents.” The partnership will become a leading light in this booming industry by joining forces.

Benjamin Daly, a leading esports personality who is racing under the name of Tiametmarduk, will be joining the 2020 esports equipment as an ambassador to McLaren Shadow as part of this new collaboration with Veloce to extend the McLaren Global Esports Programme.
