LEC 2023 Spring Split Official Dates Announced

The LEC Spring Split ticket sales will begin on February 22 at 5 p.m. CET.


The playoffs for the 2023 Winter Split are underway, and with the remaining 4 teams duking it out for the split champion title comes the exciting challenges the rest of the LEC’s best will face in the coming future. March will see new hopes blossom as the LEC stage begins it’s Spring split this year.

Details about the next big season were revealed in an official update posted by the LEC. Watchers loking forward to the superweeks ahead can expect a brief hiatus in between Splits as the EMEA league gears up for another series of epic match-ups.

Besides that, the official start dates within the next season were announced. The 2023 Spring Split will be kicking off on March 11. The regular split will then run until the 27th, with the bo3 Groups stage and Playoffs taking place from April 8-22. Lastly, the LEC’s Spring Split will be decided on on April 23rd once the Season Finals swing around.

Ticket sale dates also came with the announcement. Each entry pass will cost €12, with the official sale starting on Feb 22 at 5pm CET. Purchases are limited will be on a first-come first-served basis. The LEC also extended their heartfelt appreciation for the waves of watchers that tuned in to the major esports event. Expect many more shenanigans as EMEA’s best finds their top seeds for the MSI tournament in London, and eventually Worlds 2o23.

The race to bag the most championship points this season is just starting to heat up. While the top teams in the Winter splits are busy dominating their matches, the rest lie in wait to continue sharpening their macroplay. On top of that, the split winners for Winter and Spring will most likely be chosen to represent EMEA in MSI 2023. The stakes are just getting higher, and the fans are here for it!

While the excitement amps up for the League’s future tournaments, the Winter split still isn’t over. With only four teams remaining (at this time of writing), expect the strongest to come out on top amidst incredible upsets and the LEC’s most dazzling plays to date.
