ESL One Birmingham

In a matter of days, some of the best teams in the world will compete in the United Kingdom at the ESL One Birmingham. The organizers announced the talents of the venet a few days ago. After that they revealed how the teams will be paired for one of the most anticipated competitions.

Group A

In the first phase of the competitions, the 12 teams will be split in two groups. The Group A is being labelled as the group of death, since it hosts teams like, OG, TNC Predator, Team Liquid and Vici Gaming. We can guarantee you that this group will be full of surprises, since it hosts, Minor winners, Major Winners and TI winners. We should also notify you that the bottom two teams in the first phase of the competition will be eliminated. So with TI9 right around the corner, no team will want to finish last.

Group B

The Group B is not as intense as Group A, yet it still hosts some exciting sides. The group holds, the No.1 team of the Dota Pro Circuit, Team Secret, they will be competing for the top spot against the runner’s up of TI8, PSG.LGD. The group also hold former TI champions EG. So it will be a really tough competition for the likes of Alliance and Gambit Esports. The competition is a great opportunity for the team to prepare for the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor and EPICENTER Major.

We are less than a week away from ESL One Birmingham 2019 that will take place on the 31st May. The teams will not only fight for the pride but also for the lion’s share of the $300,000 prize pool. If you can’t wait for the DotA action, then we recommend you to watch the minor qualifiers where teams like NiP and Alliance are competing for EU slot.

WePlay! Tug of War: Dire

The competition will host some of the renowned sides from American and Asian regions.
