Today, LTN Global, a provider of broadcast-quality IP video transport solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire Make.TV, developer of a cloud-based service that enables content creators to access, curate, and publish live videostreams to affiliates, social media, and over-the-top media service platforms. Financial terms of the agreement have not been released at the time of writing.
Make.TV has been offering smart IP-based live video distribution to esports broadcasters for over three years now. The company’s current esports partners include ESL, Mixer, Beyond The Summit, VG Bootcamp, FACEIT, and PGL.
