CR4ZY CSGO roster sold to C0ntact Gaming

by Gabriel Hall

Croatian Esportive group CR4ZY has sold their CS:GO Roster to the United States-based C0ntact Gaming.

A fresh organisation, a new CSGO scene, is C0ntact Gaming LLC. That being said, the Overwatch League and Call of Duty League already has rosters. In 2018, the Overwatch League has announced the creation of Paris Eternal, the c0ntact OWL squad that has launched its own collegiate school, the Eternal Academy. In the meantime, on the 24th January, the Call of Duty of the C0ntact Legion will debut at Minneapolis Army during the opening season of the Call of Duty world league.

Apart from their recent involvement in esports, c0ntact Gaming itself is not well recognised. The parent organisation stays calm while Paris Legion and Paris Eternal are active on social media.

The organisation once known as Valiance has been renamed CR4ZY almost eight months ago. They ranked 17th in the CSGO worldwide at that time. At their best, after the semi-finalsat DreamHack Open Rio, the roster peaked at #14. The team also snagged the DreamHack Open Tours for the second place.

However, CR4ZY rose to the fore in the summer of 2019 as they performed brilliantly on the StarLadder Major. They beat the FURIA, NiP and FaZe teams and only one win away from the final. Nemanja Isaković and Nemanja Kovač have moved to G2 as a result of the spotlight. Although their departure had an impact on the performance of CR4ZY, the traction of the team was not sufficient.

There are actually no reports that the CR4ZY will buy a prospective team. Meic assures us, however, that the organisation hasn’t seen the last. The CEO said that the CR4ZY strategy is to grow the organisation to meet the highest gaming expectations it can.

“My initial reaction was’ there is no way that happens again.’ However, I knew that the players had the opportunity and agreed that it would be their best option. I would never discourage them from succeeding with their careers. Soon we’ll reach the Major.”–Antonio Meic.
