Astralis, Origen, and Future FC Parent Company Plans IPO in Denmark

Today, Danish esports organization Astralis Group, the owners of Origen (League of Legends), Astralis (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive), and Future FC (FIFA 19) announced its intention to list on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Denmark. The listing is planned to take place later this year and the company will announce further details, including a public full prospectus at a later stage.

Nikolaj Nyholm, Astralis Group co-founder and CEO, explained in a release that the Astralis Group created a strong foundation and a leading position in many areas and is looking to consolidate that with the listing.

Furthermore, Nyholm pointed out that he sees great potential in further developing Astalis Group’s products and scaling its business globally. The company plans to use the proceeds of an initial public offering (IPO) to invest in facilities, performance tools, the organization, media channels, and commercial platforms.
